Hector M. Roman

Hector M. Roman is the principal of the Law Office of Hector M. Roman, P.C. Hector graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1991 with a B.A. in Political Science and earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 1994, where he was the recipient of the prestigious Patricia Roberts Harris Fellowship award. Hector successfully passed all bar exams taken on his first attempt and is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey (1994), the State of New York (1995), and the State of California (1996). He is also admitted to practice in various Federal Courts including the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.
Hector’s primary areas of practice include real estate transactions (buy/sell), commercial transactions such as restaurants, delis, Subway franchises, gas stations and c-stores, etc. (buy/sell), Chapter 7 consumer-debt bankruptcy, family and matrimonial law, criminal law, personal injury, Landlord/Tenant Law, and commercial litigation, including foreclosure defense.
In his spare time, Hector enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing fantasy sports, traveling, writing, reading books on the New York Italian mafia, and dabbling in the stock market.

Homdat Kris Misra

Homdat Kris Misra is an Associate Attorney of the Law Office of Hector M. Roman, PC. Kris is a graduate of Seton Hall University Law School in 2013. Kris is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is also admitted to practice in various Federal Courts including the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals. Kris's primary areas of experience include Family and matrimonial law, Landlord Tenant Law, foreclosure defense, commercial and defense litigation, real estate transactions, and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
